When will my order be posted?

We aim to post your order out within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and Bank holidays.

Your Rights to Cancel an Order

If, after placing an order, you change your mind, you can request a cancellation via email and providing we have not processed your order, we can cancel it.  Please note that we aim to post out our orders within a 24 hour window.

Human errors can happen and if for any reason we do not have the item you have ordered available, we will do our best to offer you the best alternative or process a refund.

Our Returns Policy

We at Silver Rivet are committed to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return any unused item please do so within 14 working days of item being delivered. Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.

Any item(s) can be returned for an exchange or refund and we ask that you read, understand and follow the below conditions:

1.    The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached labels/tags/barcodes, the original packaging e.g., shoes must be returned in their original box, and the invoice enclosed from the original order. We ask that you please cover the shoe box to prevent damage as with a damaged box we will not be able to re-sell them as new. If you received the box that was damaged in transit, please be sure to notify us first.

2.    All items will be inspected on receipt. If the item(s) are found to be worn or damaged, a refund cannot be processed. Any rejected items can only be returned to the customer at his/her expense.

3.    Please note that due to reasons of hygiene all underwear is non-returnable. Therefore please ensure you purchase the correct size.

4.    We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet the required standards and which will not allow us to re-sell the item. Items sent back with a defined, strong odour such as strong cooking smells, cigarette smoke, pet hairs etc. will be non-refundable.

5.    Please send the item via a secure delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage and email it to us so that we can track the parcel in the event it has not reached us within a reasonable time.

6.    Please note we can only refund the cost of the item and cannot refund any postage paid for the return. The refund can only be processed upon having received the item back. 

7. Management reserve the right to charge postage for replacement goods for returns as a result of them being unsuitable in any way.

8. Any items returned after the given time or not satisfying any one of the above conditions Silver Rivet reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange and the items will be returned back to you once the postage charges have been received from you.

9. You may, if you wish, return any goods at our store providing all of the above are adhered to and you provide the Delivery Note and your original receipt as proof of purchase.

10.    We aim to process any refund due within 14 days of receiving the item back for items returned by post.

 

Faulty Item or Items not as Described 

All our products are brand new and 100% original therefore we hope you feel you are buying a great product.  If for any reason you find a fault in the item or you feel that the item received does not match the description, please contact us immediately providing us with clear pictures of the issue so that we are able to make a more informed decision in order to reach a fair resolution. 

 

If an item does develops a fault we reserve the right to send the item back to the manufacture for inspection before determining the cause and whether or not you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund. This process can take up to 4 weeks depending on where we have to send the item as some of the suppliers are based outside of the UK.

 

Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault cannot be refunded.

 

Once we authorise the return of a faulty item, you must the return item to us within 7 days of the approval. We will advise you regarding the postage cost for the returns, which we will be responsible for. When returning the item, please be sure to enclose a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief note stating the reason you are returning the item.
